The rally launch by two difference groups of supporter on the issues of ANTI ISA and PRO ISA. "PUki AMAN" warned publics not to joints due to it is illegal assembly, any MALAYSIAN involed will be charge and detain for investigation. MOreover, Police have set up roadblocks at major traffic arteries throughout the Klang Valley towards Kuala Lumpur ahead of two mass rallies planned for tomorrow.
